SHIPPING COMMITMENT

ReSourceH2O LTD is committed to delivering your rainwater harvesting products safely, efficiently, and on time. We ship across Canada and internationally using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and other freight solutions for large or custom orders. We will work with you to arrange delivery dates to suit your project.

SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping rates are calculated in real-time by our approved carriers (e.g. Canada Post, UPS) based on the total size, weight, and destination of your order. Most small orders ship in a standard box (e.g., 30 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm). Larger or bulk orders will require custom packaging and will incur additional shipping fees. We will always aim to ship your products using the most efficient and cost-effective method available.

CANADIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer a range of Canada Post services for domestic orders, including

  • Small Packet – Regular Mail (ideal for lightweight items under 100g
  • Expedited Parcel
  • Xpresspost
  • Priority

If you require a tracking number, please select one of the tracked shipping options during checkout.

Other Canadian Carriers

For bulk or pallet-sized orders, ReSourceH2O LTD will negotiate the most competitive shipping rates available through trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and other freight providers. These custom shipping options are designed to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery for larger shipments and will be made available during the quotation or checkout process for qualifying orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

For orders outside of Canada, we offer the following Canada Post international services

  • Tracked Packet International
  • Small Packet International Air / Surface
  • International Parcel Surface
  • Xpresspost International

For international customers, ResourceH2O LTD offers a variety of reliable shipping options. In addition to Canada Post’s international services, we also partner with global carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide efficient and trackable delivery for larger or time-sensitive orders. These alternative shipping options can be arranged at checkout or by request during the quotation process. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

LOCAL DELIVERY – 80 KM+

For customers located within a 80 km radius of our distribution center, ReSourceH2O LTD offers a local delivery option for bundled product orders. This service is ideal for contractors, builders, and homeowners seeking convenient delivery of rainwater harvesting systems directly to their site. Local delivery must be arranged in advance as part of your quotation—please contact us directly to discuss availability, scheduling, and associated fees.

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer free local pickup for customers located near our distribution point in Barrie. To select this option, choose ‘Local Pickup’ during checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready. Pickups can be arranged by appointment.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times begin once your order has been fulfilled, not at the time of purchase.

Regular shipments and custom orders typically ship between 3 to 8 weeks. We will work with you to arrange shipping to suit the needs of your project. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays, weather, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume.
